Overview of Position:
The Program Coordinator at ICP is the administrative coordinator for one or two training and/or treatment programs. Some Program Coordinators have specific duties outside of their PC role – those will be indicated elsewhere. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office and common computer applications, critical thinking skills, the ability to recognize and prioritize time-sensitive tasks and projects, as well as the ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization. The Program Coordinator will report to the Assistant Director, Clinical Operations and the Executive Director, as well as their program’s Division Director(s) and will collaborate with administrative support staff, volunteers, interns, and 1099 contractors (contractors in this context are: candidates, therapists, supervisors, and instructors).

Hourly Rate: $20.00-$22.50/hour (annual salary $42,000-$47,000/year); commensurate with education and experience
