Through strong, collaborative relationships, you’ll connect project teams with in-house expertise and resources, create high-quality project experiences, and serve as an expediter to move through challenges and remove barriers to impact. By staying attuned to project news, events, partnerships, you’ll be a vital ally and ambassador for the projects in your portfolio and the missions they serve.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Project Lifecycle Support

    • Become knowledgeable and stay current on the ongoing programmatic work of project teams, understanding their planned paths to impact and their unique value propositions. Actively seek and find avenues to help drive their success.
    • Lead the benchmarking of foundational project needs via Multiplier’s Impact Readiness Survey and connect project teams to Multiplier’s accelerator services. Provide, obtain, and/or recommend skill development and extended support to enhance project outcomes.
    • Provide strategic leadership in Multiplier’s organizational approach to project discovery, application, and onboarding processes, contributing to a broader cross-team effort to ensure these experiences are inclusive, mission-aligned, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each project.
    • Deliver a personalized onboarding experience for each new project in your portfolio by understanding their unique needs and managing the many moving pieces in collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated, and supportive landing at Multiplier.
    • Serve as key support for the successful offboarding of projects from Multiplier.
    • Build relationships within Multiplier and the broader startup and nonprofit ecosystems to help project teams access funding, expertise, and networks that can move their mission forward. Promote the project’s impact, growth and success within these ecosystems.

Performance, Risk Management & Organizational Integration

    • Promote a culture of inclusivity, innovation and high performance within and between project teams.

    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing robust solutions to best support project teams in delivering impact.

    The Ideal Candidate:

You have a growth mindset, experience in startup cultures, and the desire and experience in serving as a copilot alongside high-performing teams on their current startup journeys. You have first-hand knowledge of what it takes to launch, grow and scale impact-driven initiatives, and you have learned from your own successes and failures. You are a natural partner and collaborator and can quickly and easily earn the respect of those around you.
