    Opportunity: Bridge Program Summer Support Staff (Short-Term)

    Duration: 4 days – July 7 to July 10, 2025

    Location: Boston, MA (exact location will be shared upon confirmation)

    Time Commitment: ~6–8 hours per day (exact schedule TBD)

    Compensation: Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience (Daily breakfast/lunch provided)

    Reports to: Program Coordinator / On-site Lead

    About the Bridge Program:

    The Bridge Program is a youth-centered initiative led by a mission-driven nonprofit that is deeply invested in equity, education, and leadership development. Through immersive experiences in STEM, critical thinking, and civic engagement, the program empowers young people from underrepresented communities to envision and pursue bold futures. The program is made possible by a foundation grounded in both professional excellence and community commitment.

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and community-minded individuals to serve as Summer Support Staff for our short-term Bridge Program. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to an empowering environment for middle and high school students. You’ll assist with daily programming, support facilitators, and engage with students in a positive, uplifting way.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Set up and break down program space daily
    • Support facilitators and workshop leaders during sessions
    • Guide and supervise small student groups between sessions
    • Organize and distribute materials and supplies
    • Encourage participation and foster a welcoming atmosphere
    • Provide general on-site support to staff and students

    Qualifications:

    • High school graduate; must be 18 or older
    • Bridge Alumni encouraged to apply
    • Friendly, dependable, and flexible with a team-first mindset is essential
    • Comfortable engaging with middle and high school-aged students
    • Punctual and available for all four days of the program
    • Experience working with youth is a plus, but not required
    • Background check may be required
