Partnerships and Outreach Coordinator – Storytelling Project (Volunteer, Remote)

Help amplify refugee voices through collective connection

Creshendo’s Storytelling Project uplifts the real stories of migrants and refugees through creative media. To truly make an impact, these stories need to be seen, shared, and held by a wider community. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Partnerships and Outreach Coordinator to help grow a network of collaborators who share our values and want to support ethical, community-rooted storytelling. You’ll build relationships with advocacy groups, grassroots movements, diaspora communities, and influencers who are passionate about refugee justice.

If you love connecting with people, nurturing long-term relationships, and sparking collaborations that matter, this is a role where your outreach can make a lasting difference.

What you’ll do:

• Reach out to organizations, community leaders, and mission-aligned influencers who believe in the power of storytelling
• Build partnerships that encourage sharing, reposting, co-creating, and supporting refugee stories
• Create opportunities for social media cross-promotion and collaborative campaigns
• Foster inclusive, ethical engagement practices that center community voice and ownership
• Work closely with our storytelling and communications teams to align outreach with campaign goals

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in outreach, partnerships, communications, or community organizing
• A people-first mindset and genuine excitement about connecting with new collaborators
• Clear communication skills and a respectful, relational approach to networking
• An understanding of the power of stories in advocacy and movement-building
• Availability of 6 to 10 hours per week, flexible and remote
