    Description

    Artists Talk On Art (ATOA), New York City’s longest-running independent art forum, is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy volunteer to support our weekly online programs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with virtual platforms and wants to contribute meaningfully to the cultural dialogue surrounding contemporary and modern art.

    Position Overview:

    This volunteer will manage the technical operations of our weekly Monday evening Zoom events and help maintain our YouTube archive of recorded programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

      Start and host our Monday Zoom events, which run from 7:00–8:30 PM ET (90 minutes or less)

        Record the sessions and ensure the recording is complete and of good quality

          Download and upload recordings to ATOA’s YouTube channel

            Name and organize files in a shared cloud drive (Google Drive or similar)

            Qualifications:

            • Comfortable using Zoom, including hosting and recording functions
            • Familiar with YouTube uploading and basic video file management
            • Reliable and punctual, especially on Monday evenings
            • Able to work independently and communicate clearly
            • Familiarity with cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) is a plus

            Time Commitment:

            • Approximately

            2 hours/week, primarily on Monday evenings

            • Flexible time for uploading/posting recordings

            Location:

            Remote (must be available Mondays from 7:00–8:30 PM ET)
