Are you ready to roll up your sleeves, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact from day one? 🚀 We’re launching our nonprofit in West Virginia, and as our very first team member, you’ll work directly alongside the Founder—there’s no “behind the scenes” here. It’s truly all hands on deck: you’ll help plant the roots of our programs 🌱, nurture volunteer engagement 🤝, build systems from scratch 🛠️, and watch your efforts blossom into something that changes lives. 🌟

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be:

✅ Planning and leading real events for youth in the community

✅ Helping design and promote support groups, leadership programs, and faith-based discussions

✅ Assisting with tutoring, mentoring, and recreational activities

✅ Doing valuable admin, planning, and publicity work — some of which can be done virtually

✅ Completing a hybrid (online + in-person) course to earn a certification in peer counseling

Safety First: You’ll never be left alone with a minor. All volunteers undergo background screening and training before working directly with youth.

⏰ Commitment & Schedule

This is an ongoing commitment of several hours per week, with flexible scheduling. We’ll work with you to build a personalized volunteer plan that fits your goals and your semester.
