Monthly Mobile Food Pantry Volunteer – Support Families at AZ College of Nursing (Phoenix)

Join Single Fathers Network, in partnership with Arizona College of Nursing and St. Mary’s Food Bank, to support our Monthly Mobile Food Pantry serving students, single parents, and families in need across the Phoenix community.

This recurring event provides fresh food and essential groceries to over 100 households. Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized experience for everyone we serve. No prior experience is required—just a heart to serve and a commitment to community.

👐 Volunteer responsibilities include:

• Guest Intake & Registration
• Traffic & Crowd Flow Management
• Food Line Distribution
• Unloading & Product Staging
• Guest Carry-Out Assistance
• Site Clean-Up & Breakdown

We provide on-site orientation, supplies (gloves, water), and guidance throughout.

Volunteers must:

• Be 16+ years old (with permission if under 18)
• Be able to stand or move comfortably
• Be comfortable engaging respectfully with the public
• Wear closed-toe shoes and dress for activity

2nd Wednesday of each month

🕘 Time:

Volunteer shift: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
