    Become A Volunteer For WAFA (Water Air Food Awards)

    WAFA is a volunteer-based NGO headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our main activities are to identify, recognize and award community initiatives that address basic needs and collaborate with nature. By doing this, we give a voice to otherwise unknown and unheard heroes.

    As a Copywriter with Content Management Expertise, you will combine creative writing skills with a strategic approach to managing and optimizing content. Your role will involve crafting persuasive, engaging copy for multiple platforms while ensuring seamless content organization and alignment with brand objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and ad copy.
    • Create content strategies that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.
    • Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for content development.
    • Plan and execute content marketing campaigns, ensuring content supports lead generation, engagement, and sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with the design and social media teams to create cohesive and visually engaging campaigns.
    • Optimize content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords and best practices to improve visibility and ranking
    • Track and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
    • Use data insights to refine strategies, improve engagement rates, and enhance conversion opportunities.
    • Conduct A/B testing on copy to determine the most effective messaging and formats.
    • Work with stakeholders, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to develop content aligned with brand messaging.
    • Assist in creating content for sales enablement, including presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.

    We expect you to:

    • Any Degree Preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in copywriting and content marketing, with a proven track record of creating high-performing content.
    • Experience in planning and executing content marketing campaigns.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Yoast, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Familiarity with content marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • Creativity and a collaborative mindset.
    • Have availability of 8-10 hours per week minimum

    It goes without saying that you enjoy working with people, are a team player, self-driven and well organised.

    You will be working remotely and require access to a computer with fast internet connection. We communicate via emails and video calls.
