    Description

    iMiracleProject Ukraine Relief Fund is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Fundraising Manager to join our team. Volunteer Fundraising Manager will oversee our fundraising strategy and operations and will be crucial for ensuring that our fundraising tasks are well-coordinated and productive. We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies, humanitarian aid, and resources to the people of Ukraine.

    The Tasks:

    • Coordinate online, offline fundraising initiatives, meetings, and volunteers.
    • Oversee fundraising daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Research fundraising opportunities and assign tasks to volunteers.
    • Create a fundraising calendar and communicate all the tasks and updates to all the stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Oversee the organization's fundraising projects, schedule and follow up on the projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. 
    • Attend weekly team meetings over Zoom.

    Requirements:

    • Native English speaker
    • 2-year experience in fundraising and preferably in event management (offline and/or online fundraising events)
    • Exceptional written communication skills
    • Passion for making a difference in the lives of others

    About WA-based 501c3 charity organization iMiracleProject Ukraine Relief Fund ( https://www.imiracleproject.org): We collect funds and in-kind donations to provide vital supplies, food, clothing, and medical supplies through our trusted coordinators in and near the war zone in Ukraine. We also assist refugees on the move inside and outside Ukraine and assist ones who have made it all the way to the Puget Sound area. Since March 2022, we’ve collected over $2M in cash and in-kind contributions and helped over 50,000 Ukrainian war victims.
