    Description

    Overview

    Consumers are invited to complete satisfaction surveys after they receive services in order to learn more about their experience with DMC. These surveys help shape the growth and improvement of our programs to ensure a positive experience for all consumers seeking our services.

    Responsibilities

    • Call consumers to conduct surveys and enter responses into Survey Monkey.
    • Keep track of completed surveys and notify appropriate staff members of survey progress.
    • Follow up with unresponsive consumers at least once.
    • Email or mail consumers the survey and/or provide accommodations if requested.
    • Follow up with consumers who have expressed willingness to provide a testimonial or photos.
    • Compile testimonials or photos from consumers and ensure they complete a consent form.

    Desired Qualities

    • Comfortable using basic office equipment and Microsoft Windows
    • Comfortable making phone calls
    • Friendly attitude and a reliable team member

    Requirements

    • Complete the interview, pass a background check, and attend orientation
    • Wear a face mask in the office
    • Log volunteer hours after every shift
    • Keep the Volunteer Coordinator informed about any changes or concerns
    • Minimum 4 hours of service per month
    • Maintain the confidentiality of Dayle McIntosh Center information

    Schedule

    • Flexible scheduling: Shifts available on Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm
