    Love wildlife and working with people? Join us at our Window on Wildlife Reserve in Belfast to lead our amazing volunteer team and help create unforgettable nature experiences for our visitors. Make a real difference where nature and people connect.

    If you are a people person with a passion for wildlife and community, this is your chance to help shape unforgettable experiences for our visitors and support an incredible team of volunteers who make it all happen. Be at the heart of something meaningful – where nature and people thrive together.

    What you will be doing

    • Managing the volunteer rota and ensuring everyone knows where they’re needed
    • Organising volunteer training and induction sessions
    • Helping to create induction packs for new starters
    • Welcoming and inducting new volunteers so they feel supported from day one
    • Being a friendly face on site a few days each week
    • Communicating with the team through newsletters and updates
    • Helping to organise volunteer taster days and social events
    • Working closely with the team to ensure volunteers feel heard, happy and recognised
    • Supporting the team in enhancing the visitor experience

    • Are passionate about nature, conservation, and the community
    • Can give a few days a week at the reserve to stay connected with the team.
