We’re in a powerful storytelling phase, and we’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to help us bring our mission to life through compelling video content for social media.

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help elevate Creshendo’s visual identity across digital platforms, campaigns, and cross-team initiatives. If you're passionate about impactful design and want to use your creativity to support global communities, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Creshendo, you’ll help bring our brand and mission to life through compelling graphics for digital platforms, campaigns, internal projects, and storytelling materials. Your creativity will directly support our communications, programs, and partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), newsletters, presentations, and more
• Develop templates, infographics, and promotional materials aligned with Creshendo’s branding
• Maintain visual consistency across all materials and platforms
• Create custom illustrations, icons, and other design assets
• Respond to graphic requests from various teams in a timely manner

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• Experience in graphic design for social media, nonprofits, or advocacy-driven storytelling
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma
• Strong layout, typography, and color skills
• The ability to work from creative briefs and collaborate with team members
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines on a flexible schedule
• Availability to dedicate at least 4–8 hours per week
