    Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.

    Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship manageEWGRIYPment, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

    Our mission is to teach SEL at every school in the country.     Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the development team to work on our mobile AI app, AIMEE.
    • Complete assigned tasks, including bug fixes and feature creation, according to project requirements and timelines.
    • Utilize your baseline knowledge of coding languages to contribute to both front-end and back-end engineering tasks.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Java, and other relevant languages as required for the project.
    • Learn and adapt to the mobile application development environment.
    • Contribute to the design and development of user interfaces, APIs, and other application components.
    • Assist in testing and debugging of the application to ensure quality and performance.
    • Research and learn independently to expand your knowledge and skills in full-stack mobile development.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Baseline knowledge about coding languages necessary for front-end and back-end engineering.
    • Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Java, and other relevant languages.
    • Previous experience or familiarity with mobile application development is preferred but not necessary.
    • Familiarity with React Native is a plus but not required.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Effective communication skills to discuss project requirements and provide status updates.
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow as a Full Stack Mobile Software Developer.
