    Description

    Help Build a Tech-Enabled Intake Portal for Returning Citizens

    We’re looking for a skilled developer to help us build a custom, mobile-friendly application portal that allows participants to apply online, automatically checks for eligibility, and integrates with our backend systems for follow-up and tracking. 📌 Project Scope: We need a developer to build: A mobile-first web application form (multi-step, clean UI) Basic eligibility logic to flag applicants based on certain responses Backend data storage using Firebase (or suggest alternatives) Integration with email (SendGrid) or SMS (Twilio) for confirmation and reminders Admin dashboard to view, sort, and update application status Optional: connect with Airtable or Google Sheets for staff reporting ✅ What We Provide: Full application fields (we already have a working doc) Tech vision and user journey outline Support with API keys (Twilio, SendGrid, etc.) Branding and logo assets 🔧 Skills Required: React (or Vue.js) Firebase (Firestore + Auth) Twilio or SendGrid API integration Airtable or Google Sheets API (preferred) Mobile-responsive UI development
