    Description

    Location: Remote

    Time Commitment: 3–5 hours/week

    Term: 3, 6, or 12 months

    Overview:

    Join the Resilient Woman Program as a Sponsorship Coordinator to help secure corporate and community sponsorships that fund our year-round initiatives. You'll play a key role in identifying, contacting, and maintaining relationships with sponsors who align with our mission to empower BIPOC women and girls in leadership.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research potential sponsors (corporate, local business, foundations)
    • Assist in developing sponsorship decks and outreach materials
    • Initiate contact and coordinate meetings with prospective sponsors
    • Track sponsorship engagement and commitments
    • Collaborate with the MTM team to ensure sponsor visibility and recognition

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and writing skills
    • Professionalism and confidence in external outreach
    • Experience in sales, fundraising, or partnership development is an asset
    • Passion for women’s empowerment and equity
