    Gentiva's mission to our patient is to awlays keep our patients and their families first by enhancing their quality of life through the professional delivery of clinical excellence, extraordinary service and compassionate restorative and paliative home care and hospice services.

    Do you have a licensed therapy dog? Are you interested in sharing the love of animals for our patients? Dogs bring pur joy to our seniors and has so many positive effects on people.

    Our patients are in their last chapters and hospice makes it better for each person. when you visit a patient on hospice , they look forward to your visit and it fills part of their day with joy.

    We would love for you to be part of our team and spread the love.
