    Description

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to increase brand visibility, attract supporters, and engage communities. You will collaborate with our social media, content, and outreach teams to create compelling campaigns that drive action. You will also need to participate in a monthly meeting. We may meet more than once a month in certain circumstances. If you can't join for whatever reason, please email the head, Isaac Tate, about it in advance. You are not expected to do all of these. Different marketers will do different things, depending on which are already being done.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

    • Develop and execute marketing plans to support PPI’s mission, fundraising efforts, and campaigns.
    • Design and run climate awareness campaigns, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
    • Identify and implement growth strategies to expand our audience and impact.

    Branding & Messaging

    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
    • Develop persuasive messaging and storytelling techniques to engage new supporters.
    • Create marketing materials, digital ads, and promotional content (graphics, videos, landing pages, email templates).

    Community & Partnerships

    • Identify and collaborate with influencers, organizations, and media outlets to amplify PPI’s work.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with climate activists, eco-friendly businesses, and partners.
    • Assist with fundraising and sponsorship outreach efforts.

    Content & Digital Marketing

    • Work with the social media team to develop high-impact content strategies.
    • Write engaging blog posts, press releases, and marketing copy to promote our initiatives.
    • Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

    Analytics & Performance Tracking

    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance (website traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
    • Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and outreach efforts.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for PPI.
