The mission of the Corporation is to support noncustodial and at-risk mothers by providing
trauma-informed, recovery-focused services that foster healing, resilience, and reconnection with
self, family, and community.
The M.O.M. Project (Mending Our Mistakes, Inc.) is a newly formed 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Arkansas with a mission to support noncustodial and at-risk mothers as they navigate the challenges of family separation. We believe that every mother deserves a path toward healing, stability, and reunification with her children, and that families thrive when given compassion, resources, and second chances. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, advocacy, and practical support by offering mothers the tools to rebuild their lives, strengthen bonds with their children, and break cycles of loss and instability. We serve women who are often overlooked in traditional systems, meeting them with dignity, hope, and the belief that mistakes do not define their futures.
