About Cornelia Connelly Center
Located in Manhattan’s East Village, the Cornelia Connelly Center (CCC) champions girls, empowering them to realize their full potential from middle school through college and beyond. CCC offers a 13-year program, partnering with each girl and her family from fourth grade to college graduation. Through Connelly Middle School of the Holy Child (CMS), students in grades four through eight receive a joyful, holistic education. Our Graduate Support Program (GSP) serves CMS alumnae by supporting them through high school and college. About the Position
The Advancement Coordinator will work closely with the Advancement Director to ensure the success of CCC’s annual advancement efforts, which raise over $2.5 million annually from individuals, institutions, and events. The Advancement Coordinator will guide the strategy for communications and fundraising appeals, playing a key role in supporting efforts across all funding streams. The Advancement Coordinator will also collaborate with the school’s finance department and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
This role requires attention to detail and professionalism, from daily emails to donors to interactions with the Center’s Trustees, faculty, staff, and students. Candidates must possess superb writing and communication skills and be energetic, affable self-starters with a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to CCC’s mission to empower every girl to realize her full potential.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $53,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience. This position offers comprehensive and competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, ample vacation, and summer hours.
