    Who We Are Looking For

You’re a natural connector. You listen with care, communicate thoughtfully, and ask insightful questions.. Maybe your background isn’t traditional “sales,” but you’ve convinced people to join your project, led an event from idea to reality, or turned a cold outreach into a real relationship. You’re driven, curious, and looking for a meaningful role where you can help others every day.

You’re energized by mission-driven work. You find motivation in helping others and building long-term value, not just hitting hard sales targets. You want to use your communication skills for something that matters—and you're ready to learn, grow, and help us build stronger communities through technology.

If you’re seeking a way into tech that centers service, equity, and authentic connection—this could be the job for you.

At Galaxy Digital, we believe in finding a balance between hard work and having fun. Our workplace culture supports enthusiasm, wellness, and a sense of joy in what we do. Join us on this exciting journey as we work towards creating a better world through technology!

    Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inbound leads from nonprofits and mission-driven partners.
    • Build rapport quickly—ask great questions and listen actively to uncover needs.
    • Share how our platform can solve real-world challenges, without a hard sales pitch.
    • Collaborate with Product Specialists to ensure warm, helpful handoffs.
    • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
    • Share insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
    • Keep yourself accountable to thoughtful outreach and follow-up practices.
    • Represent Galaxy Digital with empathy, professionalism, and warmth.
    • Help every prospective customer feel heard and supported—even if we’re not the right fit.

    Qualities of a Successful Candidate

    • Views sales as service and trust-building, not persuasion.
    • Learns quickly, welcomes feedback, and enjoys creative problem-solving.
    • Communicates with clarity, curiosity, and strategic thinking.
    • Stays organized with follow-ups and manages time effectively.
    • Can navigate phone-based conversations and adjust strategies when needed.
    • Finds purpose in supporting nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.
    • Is excited to build a long-term career in social impact, tech, or nonprofit support.

You Might Not Love This Job If You:

    • Prefer rigid scripts, high-pressure quotas, or fast-paced, numbers-first sales.
    • Don’t enjoy phone-based conversations or building rapport with new people.
    • Aren’t energized by mission-driven work or values-led outreach.
    • See discovery calls as check-the-box tasks rather than opportunities for meaningful connection.

    Qualifications We’re Excited About

    • Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, community organizing, or project management.
    • Comfort with CRM tools like HubSpot, or a strong willingness to learn.
    • Experience communicating with nonprofits or mission-driven orgs is a plus.
    • We value initiative—whether you’ve led an event, launched a project, or created something of your own.
    • Interest in growing a career in social impact tech or nonprofit support.
