Down to Earth Market has developed and managed farmers markets in Westchester County and New York City for over 30 years. We are a mission-driven company, a New York Benefit Corporation, a Certified B-Corporation, and among the oldest farmers market operators in the region. Still, our approach is entrepreneurial in connecting consumers directly to the people in our region who grow and make good food. We believe that authentic food is an essential component of vibrant communities and are committed to ensuring a future for small scale agriculture and food production in the New York area.

We envision a strong regional food system, built by independent farms and food businesses, that provides everyone with an alternative to industrial food. We believe that seasonal, local food is a vital part of our heritage that ensures the health of our communities and environment.
