Experience Momentum was officially born in 2007, when founder and Physical Therapist, Shanon Tysland, realized more people needed support in redefining what was possible in their health and their lives.
What started as a single brick-and-mortar location quickly transformed into three fully integrated healthcare and fitness centers in Lynnwood, Fremont and Mill Creek that support our Seattle-based clients to create a life that inspires them.
In 2012, we went all in and shifted our focus to acknowledge the connection between people's health and the planet's health by joining 1% for the Planet and becoming the first and only B Corp Certified clinic of our kind in the nation (2018), in addition to staying actively involved in our Puget Sound community.
While our roots will always be in Washington, our reach is now across the internet with continuously expanding virtual classes and telehealth services that better serve our growing global community.
Today, we’re still locally owned and operated but now boast an incredibly talented team of 80+ expert professionals committed to treating the whole person and addressing the whole planet. Not because it’s easy but because it’s important.
We’re an integrative wellness experience that inspires progress and builds trusting relationships rooted in authentic connection so you can redefine what’s possible in your life.
