Overview: The Senior Director of Project Management serves a blended role – leading the project management team and Zuri Group’s Project Management Office (PMO), and providing consulting services to Zuri Group clients and on internal development projects. The project management team provides flexible, scalable, and comprehensive management for all Zuri Group projects. Leadership of this team includes managing the project managers, liaising with Finance, and serving as an advocate and champion for project management methodology, internally and with clients where necessary.
The Senior Director also provides consulting on PMI project management and implementation best practices pertaining to fundraising systems such as Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, Engaging Networks, and others. These best practices include, but are not limited to, project methodology, change management, risk mitigation, and the effective use of project management software and communication tools.
Typical client projects include a team of experts advising on the complete functionality of fundraising software systems, including business process improvement, system configuration, conversion mapping and validation, system customization, reporting and data visualization, user acceptance testing, end-user training, deployment, and post-launch support.

Salary range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience.
