Algebra Nation

Algebra Nation is a University of Florida project created in partnership with innovative ed-tech company, Study Edge. Created in June 2012 in response to dismal Algebra End-of-Course testing results (52% of 9^th graders failed the required state test), Algebra Nation was formed with the mission to improve algebra test results and increase student success. Algebra Nation has helped over half the algebra students in Florida in 6 short months. Based on our impact on students and teachers, the Florida state legislature just awarded us $2 million dollars to enhance and expand Algebra Nation.

With the support of the parents, students, teachers, and the state legislature and Department of Education, we have an incredible, unique opportunity to reach every single algebra student in Florida…and beyond.
