We are proud to collaborate with organizations dedicated to community well-being and development, and a crucial part of our support involves volunteer recruitment and management:

• City of McDonough: We partner with the City of McDonough to bring their premier community events to life. A significant example is the City of McDonough's Hot Chocolate Social, an annual holiday celebration at Alexander Park West. This cherished event combines the comforting warmth of hot chocolate and signature s'mores with a free walkable light show, live music, and family activities. Our role extends to managing various aspects, including designing volunteer roles, assisting with recruitment efforts, and coordinating on-site volunteer teams to ensure seamless execution and widespread community enjoyment. On August 7, 2025, for instance, I will be reviewing the venue floor plan layout and making sure vendors are where they are supposed to be, a task that often directly impacts volunteer placement and flow. Our efforts contribute to this successful annual tradition that consistently draws large crowds and fosters holiday spirit.
• Father Movement, Inc.: We proudly collaborate with Father Movement, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering fathers and strengthening families through support, resources, and community engagement. Our partnership helps them execute impactful programs and events that further their mission of building stronger paternal bonds and healthier communities. A key aspect of our support includes developing volunteer needs, creating compelling volunteer descriptions, and facilitating the management of their volunteer corps to ensure their programs run smoothly and effectively.
• Trust Your Strength: We also work with Trust Your Strength, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to raising awareness and providing critical mental health support for families in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs). Their mission is to uplift and empower parents of NICU "Miracles" through self-care packages, financial assistance, and wellness-focused events. By assisting them with event coordination and project management, we help Trust Your Strength expand their reach and deliver essential support to families during incredibly challenging times. This includes providing event services to their annual Trust Your Strength Gala.
