Turnaround Leadership Partners (TLP) is dedicated to the research and practice of cross-sector organizational turnaround. We use social innovation as framework for developing innovation leadership as a lever for systematic change in complex organizations. While initially envisioned as a resource for school and district leaders, TLP provides consulting and executive education for businesses, hospitals, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.
