About Us

The Office of Operations oversees the daily operations of City agencies, coordinates City initiatives, and assists agencies in improving service quality and delivery, and in measuring performance to provide greater accountability. Within Operations, the Agency Services Division is responsible for working with agencies to enhance the efficiency and quality of City services. The Office of Operations strives to institute established standards that are core to good government and customer service, such as enhancing interactions with the public, ensuring clear accountability for outcomes, and maximizing information sharing.
