Our mission is to develop technology to provide free evidence-based care on substance abuse. 

We are a team of researchers and health providers from Brazil who belive that healthcare should be freely available for everyone. We have been offering training on SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment) for hundreds of health professionals, conducting research, and providing healthcare since 2004. 

Now, we are trying to expand our reach by making available information on the web to educate and refer substance users to treatment.

To help people collaborating and improving our work, we are releasing all products under an open-license format. What does that mean? It means you can re-use our code as long as you keep it free.  

If you are bilingual - We have a website that offers information on smoking cessation, which has incomplete translations in Spanish, German, and Russian. So if you know any of these languages (and also English or Portuguese), you may help us delivering evidence-based information to all smokers in the world.
