About Us
The Alameda County Resource Conservation District makes conservation happen. We are a non-regulatory, community-driven special district that provides leadership in Alameda County and the region on conservation and agricultural enhancement, through partnerships, education, outreach, technical assistance and funding. In collaboration with the local office of the NRCS, we help residents, local, state and federal agencies and many other organizations to develop and implement a broad variety of conservation and agricultural strategies.
