Your JazzHR Customer ID is a unique, 4- to 6-digit numerical code associated with your organization's account.
You’ll need this number in order to enable your Idealist integration with JazzHR.
You can request your ID through the JazzHR Contact page or reach out to our Community Support team at support@idealist.org. Just let us know that you're requesting your JazzHR Customer ID and we'll enable the integration for you within three business days.
