    ABOUT TENSQUARE

    TenSquare is a national school support organization that works alongside schools and staff to make lasting and measurable change. Team members bring academic, operational and management expertise from top tier schools and networks from around the country.     • Provide strategic and focused coaching for teachers, school instructional coaches, leaders and school boards;
    • Develop and help implement high-impact instructional coaching strategies and professional development to increase student achievement, remedying pandemic learning gaps;
    • Conduct in-depth performance reviews and create data-driven action plans and operational road maps for change;
    • Provide performance data analysis and compliance support;
    • Facilitate long-term capacity building, accreditation, charter renewals, strategic planning, and turnaround initiatives;
    • Facilitate charter school financing, site selection and comprehensive facility projects;
    • Recruit high performing teachers and leaders for PK-12 and Adult Ed schools.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    TenSquare seeks an undergraduate or graduate student to provide administrative support to our Talent Team for 10-20 hours per month with an hourly rate of $25. The position starts in May/June 2025, and is fully remote, with an opportunity to meet at our downtown D.C. office periodically, if needed.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Post job announcements on specified websites;
    • Post jobs on social media, such as LinkedIn and X;
    • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and make recommendations to Recruitment Director;
    • Conduct web research to expand pool of candidates and potential recruitment sources (such as job fairs, etc);
    • Draft email blasts and newsletters;
    • Other administrative duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    An ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

    • Previous internship or administrative work experience preferred;
    • Meticulous attention to detail and desire for excellence;
    • Strong research, writing and communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

    The ideal candidate will be able to commit to this job for 2 years, however all candidates will be considered.
