The Director of Development helps to expand PHI’s impact and deepens the organization’s sustainability by overseeing the implementation of PHI’s annual and multiyear fundraising strategies. The Director maintains responsibility for all grant development and donor management activities, in collaboration with the VP of Partnerships & Engagement. They are charged with diversifying PHI’s revenue sources, meeting annual fundraising goals, and working with senior staff to secure funding for all PHI initiatives. The Director of Development also contributes to broader discussions around PHI’s overall strategy and program design—particularly as they relate to fundraising.

PHI’s national headquarters are at 261 Madison Avenue, Suite 913, New York, NY, 10016. Remote candidates will be considered for this position.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
This is a full-time, salaried position with a base salary range of $111,000 - $128,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience.
PHI provides a comprehensive benefits package effective on the first of the month following the date of hire, or on the first of the month if the employee's date of hire is the first of the month.
