Overview
We Are Better Together Warren Daniel Hairston Project, Inc. (WAB2G) is a non-profit organization. founded by Ruth Rollins in 2017, after the murder of her son Danny Hairston and the incarceration of her second son. WAB2G engages and empowers those on both sides of gun violence in the peacemaking process and brings together the community families on both sides of homicide and incarceration to foster healing and unity in the community.
The Case Manager Supervisor will oversee and support the recruitment and delivery of trauma-informed services for women impacted by homicide and incarceration. This role involves supervising case managers, delivering programs, and ensuring participants have access to resources for long-term stability. The ideal candidate is an empathetic leader with experience in trauma-informed care, a strong understanding of the impacts of violence and navigating the justice system, and the ability to coordinate with various service providers. They will report to the Director of Programs.
