    About the Role

    The Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding and engagement of Quill’s free and premium partner teachers, schools, and districts. You’ll use your technical and communication skills to troubleshoot issues and ensure educators have a smooth, impactful experience with our tools.

    This fully remote (U.S.-based) individual contributor role reports to the Director of Partner Success and is anticipated to start in June 2025. A July start is possible for candidates under current school-year contracts.

    This role is ideal for someone passionate about K–12 education and technology. Former or current educators looking to transition into edtech are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support & Implementation (70–80%)

    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, collaborating with internal teams
    • Provide technical product support to teachers and school or district partners
    • Recommend product improvements based on user experience
    • Support onboarding for school and district partners

    Coordination & Administration (10–20%)

    • Maintain accurate records in Intercom, Salesmate, and Vitally
    • Assist in creating implementation resources
    • Contribute to internal team processes

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Technical proficiency and comfort with digital tools
    • Customer service mindset and organizational skills
    • Interest in education and student outcomes

    Preferred

    • Experience in edtech implementation or customer support
    • K–12 teaching background

    Salary & Benefits

    • $50,000–$70,000/year, commensurate with experience
