The Melrose Alliance Against Violence, Inc. (MAAV) is a community-based violence prevention organization founded in 1995. MAAV's mission is to offer comprehensive programs that aim to break the cycle of relational violence through child & youth prevention programs, survivor support services, and community awareness activities that promote healthy relationships.
We seek a dynamic, growth-oriented leader for the full-time position of Executive Director, overseeing 4 part-time staff members and managing a budget of $300,000. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape MAAV's next chapter of growth during our 30th anniversary year and beyond. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will lead organizational expansion while maintaining our strong community presence.
