    The starting pay for the position is set at $26.87 an hour with eventual potential range ($52,793 to $71,425) placement based on years of experience within VF compensation equity roadmap.

    Description

    The Vermont Foodbank seeks a self-motivated, energetic Operations Associate-Selector. This full time and hourly (non-exempt) position reports to the Director-Facilities (interim). The primary components of this position include receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory and management of all products stored in the Vermont Foodbank distribution centers. In addition to these primary responsibilities, this position will regularly interact with volunteers, delivery drivers and members of our network. This position will support food safety and third-party auditor requirements, warehouse organization and quality control. This position will work closely with the facilities team, support drivers and volunteer activities.
