Job Description
The People Operations Manager reports to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for proactively managing The Shed’s People Operations programs, procedures, and processes. We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful People Operations Manager to support our People Operations department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The People Operations Manager will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. At The Shed we understand that our work culture thrives when our staff thrive, and that starts by hiring the right People Operations professionals. This role has the unique opportunity to work across all departments, at all levels of leadership, and directly impact teams.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $95,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
