Consequence Forum

  • About Us

Consequence Forum is 501(c)(3) organization that addresses the human consequences and realities of war and geopolitical violence through literature, art, and community events offering intellectual and emotional access to the experiences of combatants, victims, and witnesses. We provide the public with works and voices from around the world to promote a clearer and more nuanced understanding of what’s at stake in choosing to wage war or engage in conflict. We present readings, panels, and talks, and publish visual art, fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and translations online and in print.

Our vision is to foster a comprehensive global awareness of the human consequences of war and geopolitical violence, so that careful and inclusive consideration can be given to the use of violence to resolve conflict.
