Who We Are:

Founded in 2003, Safe Families for Children surrounds families in crisis with caring, compassionate community. We are a faithful and driven nonprofit that provides hope and support to families in our local communities. Located in 70 cities across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and beyond, we are motivated by our Christian identity to keep children safe and families intact.

Our vision is creating a world where children are safe and families are transformed through radically compassionate communities. At our core, Safe Families for Children is a proven support system to prevent children from entering the foster care system while also strengthening families in crisis and keeping children safe.
