One Hen, Inc. empowers kids to be social entrepreneurs who make a difference for themselves and the world.

One Hen uses interactive media, hands-on learning and a pertinent social issues to teach students in grades 3 – 8 financial responsibility, global awareness, personal initiative and the value of giving back to build their community. Students learn the basics of business and money management, receive micro-loans to start simple businesses, research a social problem, and use their profits to help solve it. Our programs equip children with the basic financial literacy they need to develop sound economic skills and values.
