  • About Us

The Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys (BCSB), a new transformation charter school in the Baltimore City Public School System, will open with grades 6 and 7 in September 2011 and eventually serve boys in grades 6-12. Boys will be admitted by lottery and will join a community committed to preparing young scholars for success in college and in life.

BCSB will by founded upon a rich liberal arts curriculum that focuses on academic mastery and character development. In the middle grades, 6th-8th, students will develop a sound education foundation, which will prepare them for the rigors of the early college high school curriculum.

BCSB is the first all-boys early college program in the country.
