    The Center for Social Partnership, a joint project of the government of the city of Moscow and the United Nations Development Program, is dedicated to supporting Moscow civic associations in their interactions with local and state governments, and with each other.

    In accomplishing this mission, the staff of the Center are dedicated to the realization and acceptance among citizens and governmental leaders of the idea that: Civil initiative, the willingness of citizens to personally participate in solving social problems, is a fundamental value of democratic society.
