AAPA’s mission is to inspire, develop and
promote Asian American and other minority professionals to maximize their
leadership potential. Through our year-long program of mentorship, leadership
and management development training, we seek to create a pipeline of diverse
and talented leaders, promote diversity and inclusion at all levels and organizations.
The 2016 AAPA Mentorship Program provides the skills, strategies, and
mentorship support for professionals to become leaders and advance in their career. Mentees are paired with a mentor, have access to the mentoring community, and learn leadership and workshop strategies at three Keynote Sessions and three workshops throughout the year.
