About Us
"Hands to Help, Hearts to Care." At Assisted Home Hospice, our goal is to provide end-of-life care that addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families. We cover the Los Angeles County and Ventura County areas in California. Volunteers play a key role within the hospice team. We currently have volunteer opportunities and we offer training for volunteers.
