About Us
VESL is a small charity organisation (charity no. 1117908) run by a dedicated team of past volunteers. We run well-supported projects in the neediest communities, providing opportunities to volunteer overseas throughout the year, helping rural schools teach English in Thailand, Sri Lanka and India.
Projects run from 4/6 weeks during July/August or 3/6 months at various times throughout the year. Projects range from teaching English or working as language assistants in rural schools to voluntary work in orphanages. A number of projects also include community development roles.
