Service DOC is a public benefit organization that intends to meet the needs of independent study and charter school students by providing programs that foster community and support a commitment to life-long learning, positive values, healthy habits and high expectations for success as an adult. DOC is a three-part acronym that stands for Developing Our Children with a Depth Of Commitment as Disciples of Christ.
What We Do
We offer programs for independent study and charter school students Monday and Wednesday from 8am to 4pm. These programs include free tutoring, supplemental lab classes, physical education, community service projects, leadership training, and bible studies. Students are given the choice of up to three of these programs during each class session and are not required to attend any specific program.
