To improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities in Greater Plymouth County.
To do this we have and will continue to: •Energize and inspire people to make a difference •Craft human care agendas within and across communities •Build coalitions around these agendas •Increase investments in these agendas by expanding and diversifying our own development efforts and supporting those of others •Measure, communicate and learn from the impact of our efforts •Reflect the diversity of the communities we serve
Our vision is to build a stronger community by creating sustained charges that improve peoples lives.
While far-reaching and bold, this vision is achievable. First, though, two things must happen: -People must believe that the Vision is compelling and inspiring; and - People must personally act, and become engaged in making the Vision a reality
