    MyGoodDeed is the respected 501c3 nonprofit that founded, and today supports the federally recognized September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, also known as 9/11 Day. The long-term mission of MyGoodDeed is to transform 9/11 into a day of unity, empathy and service as an enduring and positive tribute to those lost and injured on 9/11, and the many who rose in service in response to the attacks, including first responders, recovery workers, volunteers and members of our military. 

    MyGoodDeed's programs include annually organizing or facilitating volunteer service projects across the United States in observance of 9/11, including the 9/11 Day Meal Pack for NYC; creating and disseminating educational lesson plans and other materials about 9/11 to teachers to promote student participation in service activities on 9/11; overseeing the national "Tomorrow Together" coalition of national and regional nonprofits that work together to promote unity and the value of diversity each 9/11, and implementation of national public service and communications campaigns to build overall awareness of and participation in 9/11 Day among Americans of all ages.
