Women's Worth, Inc.

The mission of Women’s Worth Inc. is to help low-income women in developing countries increase their revenue and achieve financial independence. We do this by providing these women with training in business skills and helping them to access the networks of information and opportunities available to them.

Many low-income women in developing countries are not able to achieve financial independence and data suggests that much of the business skills training that is offered is ineffective. Women’s Worth Inc. is unique because focuses on providing training in soft skills such as critical thinking and negotiating instead of focusing purely on practical business skills.

The ultimate goal of Women’s Worth Inc. is the empowerment of women and in order to achieve this, we follow a number of core values which include respect, diversity, accountability/transparency and growth.
