    Weimure was founded in 1981 by Alina and Manuel matheus with the dream of becoming an eco village: a center for sustainability. It is located in the outscores of El Pauji with an area of 300 hectares made up of forest savannas and half a dozen creeks and springs one of these rivers is the biggest in the area with 5 water falls is the Rio Kawaik. The principal activities are apiculture, reforestation and the organic vegetable garden. In 2007 we planted 3000 trees with the help of volunteers and people from the community.
